I’m Vivien, Head of Marketing at STRAVOUS.

I’ve been passionate about gaming for as long as I can remember, but what started as a hobby gradually turned into a professional path when I joined the Hungarian Esports Federation (HUNESZ) back in 2021.

Over the years, I’ve worked in different roles across the esports ecosystem including social media management, competition support, and community-focused operations. This gave me a broad view of how the industry works behind the scenes, from organising fair competitive environments to building communication strategies that actually connect with players and audiences.
More recently, I’ve been responsible for managing the social media channels of the Hungarian National Esports Championship, where I focused on improving content direction, consistency, and audience engagement. During this period, the platforms experienced strong organic growth across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook through structured planning and targeted content execution.

Alongside my esports experience, I’ve also been involved in sales and international programme support, which helped me strengthen my communication skills and understand how to approach different audiences in a more strategic way.
Joining STRAVOUS marked an important step in my career, allowing me to focus fully on marketing strategy, and building meaningful digital presence within the esports industry.

I enjoy working where creativity meets structure, especially when it comes to turning data and ideas into content that actually resonates with people.
