I’m Bence, Founder and CEO of STRAVOUS.

Video games have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. That early passion naturally evolved into a serious interest in esports when I discovered the industry in 2015. By 2019, I decided to fully commit and turn that passion into a career.

Since then, I’ve worked across different areas within esports marketing, helping teams, brands, and communities grow their presence and impact. I’ve had the opportunity to work with organisations such as G2 Esports and BLAST, gaining hands on experience at the highest level of the industry.

Working for G2 was always a personal dream of mine, and achieving that goal only pushed me to aim higher and continue sharpening my skills, especially in marketing and social media management.

After my time at BLAST and the experience I gained there, I felt ready to build something of my own. Starting STRAVOUS was a big step and a personal milestone, but one I believed in fully.

My ambitions for the company are long term. One day, I would love to see STRAVOUS expand beyond marketing and potentially step into building an esports team under our own name. For now, we are focused on growing as a marketing agency with strong partners, strong values, and even stronger ambitions.
